CAMP DETAILS & REGISTRATION

Save the confirmed camp details here. Registration stays closed until every field is complete and you turn it on. A signup reserves a position. The total fee includes the class. Edit the amount, Cash App recipient, payment instructions, session date, and location below. Changes apply to new signups; earlier registrations keep their original payment details. If the Cash App recipient changes, the old supplied QR is hidden to avoid sending money to the wrong account. If a session is cancelled for weather, the payment rolls over. Coordinate rollover credits with the family and verify the original payment in the earlier roster before recording the next session as paid; credits are not transferred automatically. Cash App and cash payments are checked manually; mark a fee paid only after verifying it.

PARENT PERMISSION & WAIVER

New online registrations record the parent’s typed name, agreement text/version, athlete/session details, and server timestamp. The same record is included in the parent’s prepared email to Coach Money. Parents must tap Send in their email app; this website cannot confirm email delivery. Expand Permission record in the roster to view the saved text. Earlier entries and waitlist requests are not treated as signed. Arrange permission separately for in-person registrations.

The short release is limited to the adult’s own claims and does not claim to waive the child’s independent legal rights. Have an Arkansas attorney review the wording for your program and insurance needs.

NEXT WEEK’S SESSION

Start a fresh roster for a new date. Earlier registrations and payment records are kept in the archive. The new session starts with registration closed so you can review its details first.

PARENT EMAIL DRAFTS

After signup, parents can open a prepared email to Head Coach Money at monterrioelston14@gmail.com. They review it and send it from their own email app. The website does not send or track email delivery. Registrations and payment statuses are still saved in the roster below.

REGISTRATIONS & WAITLIST

Only authorized Coach Access accounts can view these records. Cancelling a registration releases its spot. Waitlist families are not enrolled automatically; contact them to arrange a new signup when space opens.
